The draft resolution of the Akimat of Beimbeta Maylin District "On invalidating the resolution of the Akimat of Beimbeta Maylin District dated December 8, 2021 No. 295 "On approval of the Procedure for calculating the projected volumes of income and expenses of the budgets of the village of Tobol, rural districts of the Beimbeta Maylin District" was developed in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 80 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts".
The draft resolution determines the alignment with the current legislation.
