According to paragraph 9 of the state service standard "issuing a permit for the export, import and transit of moved (transported) objects, taking into account the assessment of the epizootic situation in the relevant territory", when importing breeding animals and breeding products (material), the service recipient must provide an electronic copy of the breeding certificate or equivalent document for each head of the animal and breeding products (material) issued by the official body of the exporting country.
For recognition of a breeding certificate or equivalent document issued for imported breeding products (material) by the competent authorities of the exporting countries, the importer applies to the Chamber no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the arrival at the destination of the breeding products (material). For reference: the Republican chamber is a non-profit, self-funded organization created and operating to implement and protect the interests of individuals and legal entities engaged in breeding and (or) reproduction of breeding animals. The importer shall attach to the application copies of breeding certificates or equivalent documents issued by the competent authority of the exporting country and their originals for comparison, subject to their mandatory return.
For cattle, it is allowed to provide information about the animal's own productivity or the productivity of one of its ancestors in documents posted on the Internet resource of the competent authority of the exporting country. In case of import of an inseminated animal, additional information about the father of the future offspring (breed, registration number, pedigree for three generations on both sides, data on the period of mating or insemination) is provided in accordance with the requirements of the exporting country. The authenticity of the breeding certificate or equivalent document for breeding products (material) is confirmed by the competent authority of the exporting country (certified by the signature of the head and stamped).
A specialist of the Chamber compares all the information specified in copies or originals of breeding certificates or equivalent documents with the sample And within ten working days after receipt of the application, the importer is issued an opinion on the recognition of the breeding certificate or equivalent document.
