The mobile application "e-Salyq mobile" implements the possibility of booking the date and time of visits to state revenue authorities.
Benefits:

- Allows you to regulate the flows of service recipients, in conditions of an increased risk of the spread of coronavirus infection.
Online booking is available in the "Electronic Services" section of the "e-Salyq mobile" mobile application, as well as on the portal of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition, on the portal of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an online survey was implemented in the "Polls" section to receive feedback from taxpayers and participants in foreign economic activity.
Purpose: Determination of the level of satisfaction of service recipients with the work of state revenue bodies.
The survey will allow service recipients to assess the quality of the work of state revenue bodies on the provision of public services, servicing service recipients on property taxes, land tax, vehicle tax and other issues.
The results of the survey will be posted on the Committee's portal
