On May 26 of this year, the IRG group for the clarification of legislation in the field of religion met with residents of the village of Krasnoselskoye. The topic of the meeting is "The legal foundations of secularism in the Republic of Kazakhstan." The audience was told about safe work on social networks, as it is possible to encounter dangerous content even accidentally, just by browsing websites or a news feed. It is in social networks that such materials are most often found. Older people are more likely to be affected by this, due to their inability to use the digital benefits of our civilization. They also explained the concept of "secularism" as freedom of conscience, equality of religious beliefs, the neutrality of political power in relation to religious denominations, and respect for everyone's personal beliefs, regardless of language and attitude to religion.
