On March 17, 2025, as part of the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan to Combat Illegal Gambling and Ludomania in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2024-2026, explanatory work was carried out with representatives of the IDC district, active youth, and the director of the NGO "Umit 2050" on the prevention of Ludomania and prohibitions on gambling. During the meeting, the problems and negative consequences of gambling addiction were discussed. A joint set of measures has also been developed to further carry out preventive work among school students, students, and working youth.
