The Ethics Commissioner of the Beimbet district, Mailina Balan A.A., together with the head of the personnel management service of the district akim's office, L.K. Abramova, informed the district civil servants responsible for personnel management about the need for proper documentation in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation in case employees perform work beyond the established working hours.
There are also clear explanations and recommendations on compliance with the norms of the Ethical Code of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, official discipline and anti-corruption legislation.
Each of the civil servants should develop moral, personal and professional qualities, the results of this work should be visible in his daily activities.
