On April 24, 2025, a lecture was held at the Sulu LLP labor collective. The audience was told that over the years of independence, the Republic of Kazakhstan has emerged as a sovereign state recognized by the international community, which has a unique experience in successfully promoting interreligious and interfaith dialogue and harmony. The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Religious Activities and Religious Associations" is aimed at realizing the right of everyone to freedom of conscience provided for by international law and the Constitution of the country, and is the legal basis for implementing state policy and protecting national interests in the religious sphere. As an independent multiethnic and multi-confessional state, Azakhstan forms its own model and order of interaction between state authorities and religious associations. Special relations are established between the state and religions, in which no religion can be recognized as state or mandatory, and state policy is based not on the principles of any creed, but on the basis of specific interests of ensuring the vital activity and security of citizens, society and the state as a whole.
