The results of work on communal property in the State Institution "Department of Economics and Finance of the Akimat of the district of Beimbet Mailin" for 2024
In order to implement the state policy in the field of municipal property management, the State Institution "Department of Economics and Finance of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district" leased 1,662 square meters of vacant space to public institutions of the district during 2024. 8 lease agreements have been concluded on the website of the State Register. The income from the rental of communal property of the district amounted to 599,429 tenge.
The privatization of unused district communal property assigned to state institutions has been carried out. Purchase and sale agreements have been concluded on the website of the State Register for 13 units. Income from the sale of property amounted to KZT 21,701,127.
In order to organize the accounting and further use of district communal property recognized as extortionate property in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the budget received 2,775,699.09 tenge.
