To the draft resolution of the Beimbet district Maylina " On the establishment of the municipal state institution "Center for the provision of special social services of the department of employment and social programs of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district "
State institution " Department of employment and social programs of the Akimat of the Beimbet district Maylina » project developed decrees " On the establishment of a municipal state institution "Center for the provision of special social services of the employment and social programs department of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district" (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).
The purpose of developing this project is to bring it into compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with Article 105 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 “On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, Article 124 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Property”.
Thus, the adoption of the project is necessary for the operation of the Center for the provision of special social services .
The project will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
The project is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts and on the website of the Beimbet district akimat Maylina November 18 , 2024.
