You can withdraw the declaration (TNF 250.00) via:
The Taxpayer's Account web application (section "Tax statements", hereinafter referred to as the "Statement on revocation of tax reporting");
Egov portal (section "Customs and taxes", subsection "Taxation", service "Declaration review").
The declaration is fully revoked by the deletion method if:
the period specified is incorrect, i.e. the reporting year for which the declaration was submitted;
In fact, there is no obligation to submit such a declaration.
If you made a mistake and incorrectly specified the code of the tax authority, the status of residence or the type of tax reporting, then the declaration is withdrawn by the method of modification (reporting remains in the system and the date of submission does not change).
In other cases, that is, you made a mistake in the figures / did not fully reflect: information about income, cash, movable / immovable property and money in bank accounts outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, etc., You can send a declaration with the form "additional", reflecting there the amount of the difference or not specified information.
