The district's education budget for 2020 is 2 billion 200 thousand tenge.
In the 2019-2020 school year, the district has 26 schools (11 secondary, 9 primary, 6 primary) with a total population of 3,222, including 1 school with the state language of instruction - 161 students.
Do not meet the guaranteed state standard of the network of educational organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Pprk no. 1256 of 21.12.2007. standard: sh-81 students, Osh-41 students, NSH-5 students) 2 schools: 2 – Osh (Shcherbinovskaya OSH – 20, Kirov Osh - 27).
The district has 5 kindergartens with coverage of 459 children and 23 mini-centers with coverage of 442 children, including 11 day hospitals with coverage of 335 children. From December 1, 2019. an additional group of 20 children was opened in the mini-center of Novoilnovskaya school.
As of June 1, 2020, the number of children in pre-school organizations is 283.
As of March 1, 2020, 2,928 students and CAT are covered by hot and buffet meals, including 667 children with free hot meals, which is 22.8 % (in 2019, 2,912 students were covered by hot and buffet meals, 622 of them with free meals, which is 21.4 % )
The total number of children employed in additional education organizations in the district is 920 students, or 28.5%
The delivery is organized for 272 people in need from 23 localities (in 2019, 246 people in need from 26 localities). The total number of buses is 7 (buses-4, mini buses-3), (the need for 2 buses).
All schools in the district are computerised and connected to the Internet. There are 2.7 students per computer in the district. The number of schools with access to broadband high-speed Internet is 24 schools, or 92.3%.
As of 1.06.2020, there are only 1,159 computers in the district's schools. This year, 180 computers were purchased at the expense of the regional budget.
48 out of 97 graduates will take part in the UNT in 2020 (48 out of 137 graduates took part in 2019), 3 of them received a badge"Altyn-belgi" (2019-8 graduates).
Out of 26 schools, 3 need to remove boiler installations built into school buildings.
As of may 1, 2020, 23 out of 26 schools have gyms (86%) with an enrollment of 3,146 students. Number of schools that do not have gyms – 3 (OSH-1, NSH-2) Embankment NSH, varvarinskaya NSH, Nikolaevskaya OSH.
The share of schools from their total number provided with classrooms of the new modification in the district is 80%, including language and multimedia classrooms-55%, chemistry-65%, biology-35%, physics-20%.
