Since October 16 of this year, the State Revenue Committee has been launching a pilot project to provide the Committee's "Contact Center" with advice to taxpayers via video communication.

The aim of the project is to provide taxpayers with consulting services in a more convenient and quick to perceive format, by clicking on a special Qr-code or on the link "Video call" https://kgd.qosyl.kz/ on the portal of the State Revenue Committee www.kgd.gov.kz or in Salyqbot in Telegram.

Free video call can be made by any user from anywhere in the world (it is enough to have a cell phone or a computer with Internet access).

The service provides an opportunity to send text messages and necessary links to subscribers during a video consultation.

We strive to make the process of fulfilling your tax obligations simpler, more convenient and more accessible.

Working hours of the Contact Center: on weekdays (Monday-Friday), from 9.00 to 18.30 hours.
