Civil servants should strive to meet the highest standards of service, provide services professionally, use an individual approach to each service recipient. It is important for us that every citizen feel safe and confident. Therefore, the following requirements must be met: • strive to achieve the highest standards of performance; • be able to recognize the need for new knowledge and skills and be able to apply them effectively in practice; • adhere to high ethical standards; • ensure a high level of public satisfaction with the quality of public services. Civil servants should remember that when evaluating the quality of the public service provided, a citizen evaluates the quality of the work of the state body as a whole.
