In the district of Beimbet Maylin, active interaction is conducted with the institutions of civil society of the district, through various dialogue platforms, consultative and advisory bodies, state social order, cultural events. There is a council for interaction with non-governmental organizations under the akimat of the district. During the period of 2022, 2 meetings were held. The Council consists of the deputy akim of the district for social Affairs, representatives of state bodies and non-governmental organizations. There are 7 non-governmental associations registered in the district.
In order to increase the level of openness and transparency of public administration bodies in the district, the work is carried out by the Commissioner for interaction with civil society institutions. At the district level, the deputy akim of the district is the commissioner. So, for the period of 2022, the authorized official for interaction with civil society institutions held 3 receptions, at which recommendations were adopted for putting into practice the implementation of a multi-year project for the gradual transition of the alphabet of the Kazakh language to the Latin script, with the participation of philologists of universities, colleges and schools, teachers and methodologists of the Kazakh language, as well as the development of rural NGOs by holding and participating in Fairs of social ideas and projects.
3 million 036 thousand tenge was allocated from the budget in 2022 for the implementation of the state social order through the Department of Internal Policy of the akimat of the district. Contracts were concluded for 4 projects totaling 2 ml. 679 thousand tenge. All projects have been implemented.
Active interaction between the state and NGOs is carried out to work with the NGO Database. Every year, by March 31, non-governmental organizations must provide information about their activities. This year, NGOs of the district provided 100% of the information.
