Press release to the draft decision of the district maslikhat "On amendments to the decision of the maslikhat dated October 15, 2015 No. 55 “On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for the cost of home-schooling children with disabilities from among children with disabilities according to an individual curriculum in the Beimbet Mailin area”
The draft decision of the district maslikhat dated October 15, 2015 No. 55 “On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for the cost of homeschooling children with disabilities from among children with disabilities according to an individual curriculum in the Beimbet Mailin district” was developed in accordance with subparagraph 4) of Article 16 Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On social and medical and pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities"
The draft decision determines the alignment with the norms of the current legislation, in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On social and medical and pedagogical correctional support for children with disabled.” The adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic or legal consequences.
