The draft decision of the district maslikhat dated August 10, 2020 No. 403 “On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens” was developed in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 “On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan"
The draft decision determines the alignment with the regulatory legal acts, in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan". The adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic or legal consequences.
