The draft decision of the maslikhat of the district «On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat No. 79 dated December 29, 2021 "On the budgets of the village of Tobol, rural districts of the district of Beimbet Maylin for 2022-2024 » was developed in accordance with articles 106, 109 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008.
The draft decision determines the volume of revenues, transfers, expenditures, net budget lending, balance on operations with financial assets, deficit (surplus), deficit financing (use of surplus) of the budget, the volume of budget subventions transferred from the district budget to the budgets of villages, settlements, rural districts, the size of the reserve of the local Executive body of the district.The adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and / or legal consequences.
