Mission, Main Objectives, Functions, Rights, and Responsibilities of the State Institution "Agriculture Department of the Beimbet Mailin District Akimat"
1) Implements state policy for the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas;
2) Provides specialists to the agro-industrial complex and organizes training, retraining, and advanced training for agro-industrial personnel;
3) Monitors food security, prices, and markets for agro-industrial products;
4) Develops a list of priority local budget investment projects (programs) for the development of the agro-industrial complex, and social and engineering infrastructure in rural areas, financed by budget funds;
5) Creates economic conditions for the production of competitive agricultural products and processed products;
6) Facilitates investment and loans from second-tier banks in the agro-industrial complex;
7) Exercises state control over seed production;
8) Maintains a register of seed testers and experts. 9) creating conditions for the growth of specialized livestock farms;
10) developing rules for the maintenance and grazing of farm animals in populated areas;
11) developing livestock breeding;
12) conducting selection and breeding work with breeding stock of cattle;
13) recording and registering agricultural machinery, issuing relevant documents and state registration plates;
14) issuing certificates for the right to operate agricultural machinery.
15) conducting annual technical inspections of agricultural machinery;
16) registering pledges of agricultural machinery;
17) issuing certificates of encumbrance on agricultural machinery.
18) providing public services to individuals and legal entities in accordance with the Register of Public Services;
19) performing other functions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
