During the period of 2025, targeted social assistance was provided to 22 families, including 106 people, in the amount of 7 million 882 thousand tenge, of which:

including a monthly additional payment for children from 1 to 6 years old in the amount of 825 thousand tenge.

Of the TSA recipients, 9 families are large families, with 56 members, including 42 children. Targeted assistance was provided in the total amount of 6 million 654 thousand tenge.

TSA is provided in the form of conditional and unconditional financial assistance. For recipients of unconditional assistance who are members of a family without an able-bodied family member, signing a social contract is not required. For recipients of conditional social assistance who have able-bodied family members, a social contract is signed to help the family overcome a difficult life situation, along with the development of an individual action plan to promote employment and social adaptation ( if necessary ). Participation in employment support measures is a mandatory requirement for the payment of conditional financial assistance.

Since the beginning of the year, social contracts for family activation have been signed with 16 families, comprising 82 people, 22 of whom are able-bodied. Of these able-bodied individuals, 15 are currently employed, six are caring for a child under 3, and one is registered as unemployed. Nine people have participated in active forms of employment, five of whom have been permanently employed, and four have been assigned to community service.

 Providing persons with disabilities with rehabilitation means and services

There are 858 people with disabilities in the district, 93 of whom are children with disabilities. Individual habilitation and rehabilitation programs have been developed for 390 people with disabilities.

Provision of these resources and services for habilitation and rehabilitation is carried out through the Social Services Portal. Currently, the following are provided:

- mandatory hygiene products for 91 persons with disabilities ;

- prosthetic and orthopedic devices 73;

- deaf technical means -3;

- typhlo means - 6;

- spa treatment 99;

- services of a sign language specialist-0;

-rehabilitation centers-45;

-special vehicles-15;

-personal assistant service-1.

 Employment

As part of the National Entrepreneurship Development Project for 2021-2025, the comprehensive plan plans to provide employment assistance to 1,159 people by December 20, 2024. 1,241 people, or 106.5% of the annual plan, have been reached.

- 70 self-employed and unemployed individuals are scheduled to attend the Bastau Business courses. Eighty-nine participants (127.1%) were enrolled, and 60 completed the training and received a certificate.

- 3 grants of 400 MCI ( 1,572,800 tenge ) were allocated.

In the direction of developing the labor market through promoting employment and labor mobility:

Planned values for the new projects “First Workplace”: employment of 4 people, 4 people sent ( 100% of the plan ), “Generation Contract”: employment of 1 person, 1 person sent, and “Silver Age”: employment of 13 people, 14 people sent (107.7%).

creation of social jobs – with a plan of 13 people, 13 people were sent ( 100% of the annual plan ).

organization of youth practice – with a plan of 24 people, 24 people were sent ( 100% of the annual plan ).

Organizing public works – with a target of 100 people, 10 people were deployed ( 100% of the annual target ). Priority is given to the unemployed, large families, low-income families, and young people.

435 people (79.7% of the annual plan) were sent to permanent and temporary jobs – against a plan of 546 people.

100% of employed citizens have mandatory pension contributions.

To increase labor mobility (resettlement):

The plan for 2025 was 4 families with 30 people.

As of today, 34 people are included in the resettlement quota for 2025.

All families were paid relocation subsidies in the amount of 70 MCI ( 275,240 tenge per family member ), and families that provided documentation for renting or purchasing housing were paid subsidies to reimburse the costs of renting or purchasing housing.

To increase the mobility of labor resources ( kandasy ):

The plan for 2025 was 3 families of 10 people.

, 13 people are included in the 2025 quota of Candaces .
