In 2023, work was completed on a two-year project (2022-2023) for the average repair of the 12.6 km long Tobol-Novoilinovka-Pavlovka-Apanovka-Yevgenovka road, for which 459 million tenge was allocated from the regional budget, the work was completed in full. The contractor is Lisakovskrudstroy LLP.
As well as the average repair of the Tobol-Priozernoye highway with a length of 5 km, the total amount of the project was allocated – 392 796.0 million tenge. The contracting organization of "ALUMINSTROY" LLP. To date, the asphalt of the lower layer has been laid (3.5 km of 5.2 km have been laid). The project is a two-year one (2023-2024).
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 67 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations" dated April 16, 1997 (hereinafter the Law), dwellings from the communal housing stock are provided for use by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in need of housing, permanently residing in this settlement and registered with those in need in housing.
The priority right to receive a dwelling place from the state housing stock or a dwelling rented by a local executive body in a private housing stock belongs to disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War, as well as orphans and children left without parental care.
Based on the above, taking into account the current housing legislation, you will be provided with housing from the state housing stock in the order of priority established by the lists.
Due to the lack of legal grounds, it is not possible to provide housing in violation of the order of priority.
At the same time, you have the right to apply to the local executive body to consider the issue of providing temporary housing.
