Architecture and urban planning

Construction and installation works are currently underway on the territory of the Beimbet Maylin district to implement the following projects:
- "Construction of a rental 18-apartment residential building in the village of Ayet in the district of Beimbet Maylin, Kostanay region";
- "Construction of gas distribution networks in Beregovoye village of Beimbet Maylina district of Kostanay region"
- "Construction of a sports complex in Ayet village, 17B Embankment street, Beimbet Maylina district of Kostanay region"
There were also allocated funds for 2024-2026 for the performance of construction and installation works on the object "Construction of an additional VOS, a main water pipeline to the pumping station of the II-th rise of the village of Tobol".
Work is underway to develop design and estimate documentation for water supply facilities:
- "Reconstruction of the water supply system in Elizavetinka village of Beimbet Maylina district of Kostanay region";
- "Construction of a water pipeline in Nikolaevka village of Beimbet Maylin district of Kostanay region"
for gas supply facilities:
- "Construction of gas distribution networks in Novoilinovka village of Beimbet Maylin district of Kostanay region";
- "Construction of a gas pipeline in Nikolaevka village of Beimbet Maylin district of Kostanay region"
Also on the objects:
"Construction of a stadium in the village of Ayet of the district of Beimbet Mailin of Kostanay region";
- "Construction of an antenna-mast structure with a height of 30 meters in the village of Apanovka in the district of Beimbet Mailina";
- "Construction of an antenna-mast structure with a height of 30 meters in the village of Aksuatskoye in the district of Beimbet Mailina" in the amount of 8960.0 thousand tenge;
- "Construction of a communication tower with a height of 24 meters, in the village of Nagornoye in the district of Beimbet Mailina" in the amount of 1040.0 thousand tenge;
- "Construction of a communication tower with a height of 24 meters, in the village of Naberezhnye Chelny in the district of Beimbet Mailina" in the amount of 1040.0 thousand tenge.
