The State Institution "Land Relations Department of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailina district" held:

- 28 meetings of the land commission of Beimbet Mailin district, where 366 applications of individuals and legal entities were considered.

- 22 auctions on granting of land plots in state ownership were held. The total area of granted land plots is 27.6033 hectares. The amount of realisation is 8,806,409 tenge.

- 1 tender on presentation of the right of temporary compensated land use (lease) for peasant or farmer farming, agricultural production.

1) 11 land plots were offered, 20 applications were considered, 2 lots were not played. The total area of land plots provided is 7778.45 hectares.

The competence of authorised bodies of districts, cities of regional significance within the borders of a district, borders (boundaries) of a city and on the territory transferred to its administrative subordination shall include:

1) identification of ownerless land plots and organisation of work on their registration;

1-1) implementation of state policy in the field of regulation of land relations;

2) preparation of proposals and draft decisions of the local executive body of a district, city of regional significance on the provision of land plots and changing their target purpose;

2-1) preparation of proposals and draft decisions of the local executive body of the district, city of regional significance on establishing public servitudes for the purposes of subsoil use related to geological study and exploration of mineral resources;

3) preparation of proposals on forced alienation of land plots for state needs;

4) determination of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots;

5) organisation of land management and approval of land planning projects for the formation of land plots;

6) organisation of development of land zoning projects, projects and schemes for rational use of lands of districts, cities of regional significance;

7) organisation of the development of projects for the land and economic structure of territories of residential settlements;

8) organisation of land tenders (auctions);

11) carrying out expert examination of projects and schemes of city and district significance affecting the issues of use and protection of lands;

12) compilation of the balance of lands of districts, cities of regional significance;

13) keeping records of owners of land plots and land users, as well as other subjects of land legal relations;

14) issuing passports of agricultural land plots;

15) conclusion of sale and purchase agreements and lease agreements for land plots and temporary gratuitous land use and exercising control over fulfilment of the terms and conditions of concluded agreements;

16) reissuance of the agreement on temporary compensated land use (lease) of agricultural land plots in the case envisaged by subparagraph 5-1) of part six of paragraph 1 of article 33 of the present Code;

17) preparation of proposals on issuing permits by the local executive body of a district, city of regional significance for the use of land plots for survey works in accordance with Article 71 of this Code;

18) preparation of proposals on transfer of agricultural lands from one type to another;

18-1) identification of lands unutilised and used in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

19) preparation of proposals on reservation of lands;

20) approval of the land cadastral plan.
