March 15 at the Rudny Social and Humanitarian College. I.Altynsarin, a congress of teachers of preschool education and training of the Kostanay region "Preschool education of the Kostanay region: achievements and development trends" was held, the congress discussed ways of developing the system of preschool education and training, professional and
personal growth of teachers of preschool education, training of specialists in the field of preschool education.
As part of the congress, teachers got acquainted with the exhibition of pedagogical achievements of preschool workers "Preschool education in Kostanay region: yesterday, today, tomorrow", which was presented in 4 areas: "Gamification workshop", "From idea to result", "Innovation into practice", "Inclusion - the territory of joint success.
During the plenary session, Nabatnikova T.I., the head of preschool and general secondary education of the methodological office of the State Institution "Education Department of the Akimat of the Kostanay region", presented information on the development of preschool education and training in the Kostanay region. Malgayeva A.S., Deputy Head of the State Institution "Department for Quality Assurance in the Sphere of Education of the Kostanay Region of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Sphere of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" highlighted the issue of assessing the quality of preschool education, Locksmith M.V., Director of the branch of the Joint Stock Company " The National Center for Advanced Studies "Orleu" Institute for Professional Development in Kostanay Region "acquainted the participants of the congress with the updated programs of advanced training courses for teachers of preschool education. Sultanbekova Zh.Kh., Senior Lecturer of the Department of Primary and Preschool Education of the Kostanay Pedagogical Institute named after A.M. U. Sultangazin. In her speech, Kenzhebekova M.M., a teacher of the Kazakh language "Nursery-garden No. 44" of the Education Department of the city of Kostanay, of the Department of Education of the Akimat of the Kostanay region, touched upon effective directions and problems of teaching preschoolers the Kazakh language in her speech. A new direction in the organization of the educational process of preschoolers, namely "Gamification in education: a game approach in learning", was presented by G.K.
At the end of the plenary session, the teachers continued to discuss issues in sectional work in 4 areas: “Rethinking and transforming preschool education as the basis for developing the potential of preschoolers”, “Management and quality - a new vector for the development of preschool organizations”, “Game space as the basis of preschool education”, “ In the focus of attention: professional and personal growth of the educator.
During the congress, teachers actively exchanged their work experience, took part in the discussion of issues of preschool education and training.
In total, 100 teachers of preschool education took part in the congress.
International Olympiad "Silk Road" conquered!
On March 7-8, 2022, the International Olympiad "Silk Road" was held in Almaty. The Olympiad, which has already become traditional, was held offline on the basis of the Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi.
The best mathematicians from all over the country gathered not only to solve complex and interesting problems, but also to communicate and exchange experiences.
Kostanay region was represented by 2 students of the boarding school "Bilim-Innovation" for gifted children: Dautov Jean and Ismailov Dias, students of the 9th grade.
For Diaz, this is a new experience of participating in international Olympiads, and for Jean, this is a new stage in his Olympic life. Last year, at the Silk Road Olympiad, Jean won a bronze medal, and this year he became the winner of the Olympiad!
Congratulations on the successful performance of Jean and his mentor Seydualy Daryn Zhumabekuly! Ahead of Jean, Diaz and their coach is another international Olympiad - the Asia-Pacific Mathematical Olympiad, which will be held on March 14-15.
In order to prevent the professional, emotional and psychological burnout of teachers,
on June 05, 2020, KSU “Regional Center for Psychological Support and Further Education”
of the Education Department of the Akimat of Kostanai region together with the
United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) held an international online webinar “The practical
part in the prevention of emotional and professional burnout of teachers ”for educators
of educational departments, deputy directors for educational work, counselors, curators,
social educators, educational psychologists of secondary education organizations and TVE organizations.
KSU "Regional Center for Psychological Support and Further Education" of the Education Department
of the Akimat of the Kostanai Region, as part of the work plan of the Education Department of the
Akimat of the Kostanai Region, held a cluster workshop on the topic "Aspects of family psychology
in the prevention of suicidal behavior and sexual integrity of minors" on June 10, 2020 for deputy
directors for educational work, social educators, psychologists and inspectors of the State Law School
of schools of Auliekol and Naurzum districts (on the basis of the State Institution “Education of Akimat
of Auliekol District of Sh.Valikhanov Secondary School”).
The seminar was conducted using interactive forms of training. As part of the event, the Director of the
Center, Petrenko E.A. acquainted with the statistics of suicidal cases and crimes against sexual integrity
of minors in the Kostanay region, videos were also presented for viewing. Specialists from the district
departments of education shared their own experience in the prevention of self-destructive behavior and
sexual integrity with students and their parents, as well as a dialogue platform “Question-answer”.
In the period from May 5 to 18 of this school year, the Republican contest "The Best Teacher OnlineMektep"
was held, which was organized by Bilim Media Group as part of the "Online Mektep" project.
The main goal of the competition was to support and encourage teachers during distance learning.
Over 1000 teachers from different schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan participated in the competition,
107 teachers from the Kostanay region.
According to the results of the competition, the winner was Yerik Serikbay Niyazbekovich - a teacher
at the school-gymnasium No. 7 named after B. Maylin of Rudny, who became the best by increasing
the effectiveness of innovative skills, efficient organization of the assessment process and improving
student performance during distance learning.
Within the framework of the State program “Digital Kazakhstan” and the work of the regional
methodological association of teachers of information disciplines, from March 12 to May 18,
2020 the annual competition “IT teacher - 2020” was held among teachers of technical and
vocational education organizations of the Kostanai region.
The competition was organized by the Center for Methodological Support (TVE) and the
Kostanai Industrial and Pedagogical College.
The purpose of the competition is to identify and support talented teachers of computer
science and information disciplines of the organizations of technical and vocational education
of the Kostanai region within the framework of the State program “Digital Kazakhstan”.
The competition was held in 2 stages. Applications for participation in the competition were sent by
11 teachers from different colleges of the region. 9 teachers of the region took part in the
correspondence stage; 7 participants were admitted to the second stage. Teachers presented
their developed and existing educational YouTube channels. On the channels were posted
video lessons, video events from the life of the college. The in-person phase of the competition
was held remotely on the Cisco Webex Meetings online event cloud platform. 2 participants did
not submit their projects, so only 5 teachers participated in the defense.According to the work plan of the Education Department of the Akimat of the Kostanai
Region for 2020, in order to enhance the activities of the patriotic clubs "Adal Urpak"
from April 30 to May 22, 2020, the KSU "Regional Center for Psychological Support
and Further Education" of the Education Department of the Kostanai Region held a
regional distance competition of patriotic clubs "Adal Ұrpaқ".
The rally Adal Ұrpaқ has been held since 2017 and allows you to develop the social
and creative activity of children and youth, as well as the need for self-improvement
and self-development, increase the level of civil and legal culture, and form the principles
of integrity, honesty and integrity.
According to the work plan of the Education Department of the Akimat of the
Kostanai region for 2020, as part of the implementation of the “Rukhani Zhangyru”
program by the Regional Center for Psychological Support and Further Education,
with the aim of forming Kazakhstani patriotism and citizenship in children, activating
the activities of children's organizations from April 30 to May 20, 2020 passed the
regional distance contest "Leader of the III millennium."
The competition was attended by 21 students of grades 8-10, members of children's
organizations, from 12 regions of the Kostanay region: Uzunkolsky, Mendygarinsky,
Kostanay, Fedorovsky, Karasusky, Zhitikarinsky, Amangeldinsky, Zhangeldynsky,
Karabalyksky districts, cities of Lisakovsk, Rudny, Arkalyk.
The “Millennium Leader III” competition is held once every two years and this is a
great opportunity for activists of children's organizations to talk about their work and
the work of the organization as a whole. The competition program included two
nominations: “Leader's Portfolio” and social projects, in each of which the participants
were able to show an active citizenship and talk about the importance of participation
in children's public associations.
The jury noted that all the work was done at a decent level. In preparing the portfolio,
participants showed creativity and talent, and social projects have a practical focus
and are implemented in the regions of the region.
