1. The state institution "Department of entrepreneurship of the akimat of Arkalyk" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides guidance in the field of entrepreneurship and tourism.
2. The state institution "Department of entrepreneurship of the akimat of Arkalyk" has a Department-limited liability partnership "Arkalyk food company".
3. The state institution "Department of entrepreneurship of the akimat of Arkalyk" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
4. State institution "Department of enterprise of the akimat of Arkalyk" is a legal entity in organizational-legal form of state institutions, has a seal and stamps with its name in state language, forms of the established sample in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounts in the Treasury bodies.
5. The state institution "Department of entrepreneurship of the akimat of Arkalyk" enters into civil relations on its own behalf.
6. The state institution "Department of entrepreneurship of the akimat of Arkalyk" has the right to act as a party to civil relations on behalf of the state, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the legislation.
7. State institution "Department of enterprise of the akimat of Arkalyk" on issues of its competence in accordance with legislation makes decisions, execute orders of the head of state institution "Department of enterprise of the akimat of Arkalyk" and other acts, stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

12. Financing of the activities of the state institution "Department of entrepreneurship of the akimat of Arkalyk" is carried out from the local budget.
13. the State institution "Department of entrepreneurship of the akimat of Arkalyk" is prohibited to enter into contractual relations with business entities in order to perform the duties that are the functions of the state institution "Department of entrepreneurship of the akimat of Arkalyk".
If the state institution "Department of entrepreneurship of the akimat of Arkalyk" is granted the right by legislative acts to carry out income-generating activities, then the income received from such activities is sent to the state budget.
