By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2019 No. 968, the State program for business support and development "business Roadmap-2025" (hereinafter-the Program) was approved, which includes measures of financial and non-financial support for entrepreneurs, one of which is grant funding.
State grants are provided to small businesses, including beginning young entrepreneurs (individual entrepreneurs under the age of 29 years (inclusive), whose state registration as an individual entrepreneur is less than three years at the time of application), beginning entrepreneurs in priority sectors of the economy for the implementation of new business ideas.
Taking into account the current situation related to the coronavirus pandemic, the Office has developed an Internet resource www.grantkost.kz, which will be used for receiving documents.
At the same time, if the site is very busy, entrepreneurs need to provide a full list of necessary documents to the business departments of the mayor's offices of cities and districts.
The actual protection will be carried out by providing the owner of the video (video length 5 minutes, containing a brief description of the project, financial calculations and a detailed transcript of 3 main evaluation criteria) sent to the Commission members. Protection of business projects of entrepreneurs will be carried out through the Internet portal ZOOM on the sites organized by the mayor's offices of cities and districts.
Please note that the application for participation in the competitive selection and the set of documents must strictly comply with the Rules for granting state grants (approved by order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2020 No. 1060).
