The share of rural localities in the district with centralized water supply is 44% (out of 25 villages, 11 villages have Central water supply).
In 2019, our district was allocated funds from the higher budget for the implementation of 4 projects on providing the population with Central water supply "Construction of a water pipeline and breeding networks of the villages of Dokuchaevka, Shokai, novoalexeyevka, Krasny Kordon and Satay" in the amount of 2 billion 165 million 916 thousand tenge. The projects will be implemented for two years (2019-2020). The planned construction and installation works of this year have been completed, the allocated funds have been fully utilized, and the facilities are 90-95% ready for commissioning. In 2020, construction will be completed and centralized water supply will be put into operation in 5 localities of the district, which will amount to 64%.
In 5 rural localities, water is imported. This year, 1 billion rubles are provided for the completion of 5 projects for the construction of Central water supply.154 million thousand tenge.
In 2020, it is planned to develop a PSA for water supply to 3 villages of the district (Sverdlovsk, Zuyevka, Tanabayevskoe).
Works on gasification of the area are continuing. Gas supply in the district is 5 villages or 20 %. This year, the project "Construction of gas distribution networks in the village of Silantevka" was implemented, the allocated funds in the amount of 121 million 767 thousand tenge were fully utilized. At present, gas distribution networks have been started up in Silantievka village, and 143 yards out of 281 or 51% have been connected.
Work on the development of design and estimate documentation for gas supply to the village of Bolshaya Churakovka has been completed. At this time drawn up and sent budget request to the Department "Energy and housing and communal services" for the project "Construction of gas distribution networks in B-Churakova".
The work on the preparation of socio–industrial complex of the district to work in autumn and winter 2019-2020 prepared 2984 tons of coal.
