Description:
coordinating the implementation of a unified state policy in the field of archives and documentation management in the region;
organization of state control over compliance with the legislation on the National archive Fund and archives, checking institutions for the formation of records management, ensuring the safety of documents of the NAF of the Republic of Kazakhstan and personnel, use and transfer to state storage;
implementation of internal control over compliance with the law by state archives in the provision of the state service "Issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts", ensuring the adoption of measures to improve the quality of their provision;
interaction and establishment of creative relations with scientific, cultural, educational institutions, public, print and electronic media on the development of archival business, the use and publication of archival documents
In accordance with paragraph 9 of the standard Rules for the provision of public services "Issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts" (Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.05.2020 No. 159) the grounds for refusal to provide a public service are:
establishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for receiving a public service, and (or) the data (information) contained in them;
non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) the submitted materials, objects, data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
