The Department of digitalization and information security (hereinafter – the Department) is a structural division of the state institution "Department of Informatization, public services and archives of the akimat of Kostanay region" (hereinafter - the Department).
In its activities, the Department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulations on Management, as well as the regulations of the Department.
The structure and staff number of the Department is approved by the head of the Department in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The functions and tasks of the Department include managing the implementation of the strategic development plan; coordinating the interaction of branch offices of the regional akimat, akimats of cities and districts of the region, and other interested organizations in the issues of digitalization; solving organizational issues aimed at implementing the elements of digitalization of basic sectors of the economy; conducting analysis, planning and organizing work on Analytics and improving the elements of the digitization project; implementing and developing the roadmap for digitalization of the region.
