In its activities, the Department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Regulation on Management, as well as this Regulation.
The structure and staffing of the Department is approved by the head of the Department in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
