Conducts internal quality control of public services by local Executive bodies of regions in accordance with the Rules of state control over the quality of public services; ensures the optimization of the process of provision of public services in coordination with the authorized body in the sphere of Informatization; develop proposals to transfer the provision of public services by local Executive bodies of regions, through State Corporation "Government for citizens»; coordinates activities to ensure public awareness of the procedure for providing public services; performs other functions stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan; constantly monitors legislative acts in the field of public services, for making changes or additions, as well as excluding public services from the Register of public services provided by local Executive bodies; develops proposals for making changes or additions to the Register of public services provided to individuals and legal entities in terms of public services provided by local Executive bodies of the region; monitors the development and approval of regulations for public services in local Executive bodies in accordance with the standards of public services; monitors public services provided by local Executive bodies; provides interaction with non-governmental organizations when conducting public monitoring of the quality of public services; provides a unified approach and coordination of activities for the introduction and use of information systems that automate the provision of public services to local Executive bodies; controls activities for the translation and increase of the share of types and users of public services provided by local Executive bodies in electronic format; develops proposals for automating the process of providing public services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in agreement with the authorized body in the field of Informatization.
