On February 15, 2023, the methodologist of ROO Tynyshbekova Akbota held the district stage of the VI Republican contest "NEW SCHOOL – MODERN TEACHER". The aim of the competition is to encourage talented young teachers to develop innovative ideas by involving them in the traditional cultural and educational environment.

Согласно плану работы центра «Дарын» области Абай в период с 27 января по 7 февраля 2023 года в физкультурно-оздоровительном комплексе, в спортивных залах средней школе имени Ж. Шайжунусова и Кокпектинская средняя школа, прошел отборочный тур по волейболу среди юношей и девушек в рамках национальной школьной лиги области Абай.
Основной целью спортивного мероприятия является развитие и популяризация детского и юношеского спорта, укрепление духовных сил воспитанников, воспитание патриотизма.
В конкурсе приняли участие учащиеся 5-6, 7-8 и 9-11 классов районных школ. Соревнования проводились по действующим международным правилам FIVB.
Среди команд в данном соревновании: участвовало 4 команды.
Среди 5-6 классов (девочки) - 1 место присуждено команде средней школы имени Ж. Шайжуиусова, 2 место Кокпектинской средней школы и 3 место Улкенбокенской средней школы. Среди 5-6 классов (юноши) участвовало 2 команды, Преображенская средняя школа заняла 1 место, средняя школа имени Ауэзова – 2 место.
1 место среди 7-8 классов (мальчиков) Кокпектинская средняя школа, 2 место, средняя школа имени Ауэзова, 3 место комплекс школа - детский сад имени Абая. Среди 7-8 классов (девочки) 1 место заняла команда средней школы имени Ж.Шайжунусова, 2 место средняя школа имени Амангельды, 3 место средняя школа имени Ауэзова.

The process of the Olympiad was provided by a video surveillance system for online viewing.
To control the academic integrity of the Olympiad, representatives of the parent committee and representatives of the regional center "Daryn" were present on the ground.

According to the plan of the Department of Education, on December 20, 2022, a regional seminar "Ulydan ulagat – urpakka Amanat" was held at the M. Auezov secondary school, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Kazakh writer, playwright, scientist Mukhtar Omarkhanovich Auezov.
