He makes proposals on amendments to the Air Defense System "On Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy", On the restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, tax and customs legislation. Interacts with judicial, law enforcement and other government agencies on issues related to law enforcement practice and legislation on rehabilitation and bankruptcy, as well as restoration of solvency of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Requests, within the competence of the Department, the documents and information necessary for the implementation of its activities in the structural divisions of the Department. Carries out state control over the conduct of rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures, as well as legislation on the restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens.
