Block B. Carries out its official duties within the limits of the assigned tasks and functions of the Department; interacts with state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other competent bodies on issues within the competence of the Department; represents the interests of the Department, within the limits of its competence and granted rights, in judicial, state bodies, as well as in other organizations when considering legal issues of the activities of a state body; participates in the development of draft legal acts in the field of tax legislation, customs affairs, procedural documents, as well as other legal documents developed by the Department, including through coordination in the event of their development by other structural divisions of the Department; conducts claims and litigation work of the Department; analyzes the state of litigation work, judicial practice on disputes with the participation of the Department in order to identify the main causes and conditions that led to the relevant legal proceedings and make proposals for their elimination and bringing to justice the guilty officials; in the presence of grounds stipulated by law, promptly take measures to appeal a judicial act adopted against the Department in all judicial instances, and also, in the manner prescribed by law, apply to the prosecutor's office with motions to file protests in the supervisory procedure; ensure the adoption of measures to enforce judicial acts that have entered into legal force on issues within the competence of the Department; carries out legal examination and documentary control of legal acts, as well as other title and permit documents issued by the Department; provides an opinion on inquiries from the structural divisions of the Department; carries out inspections of the structural divisions of the Department on legal issues; provides methodological and practical assistance to the structural divisions of the Department; during the absence of the head of the Department, in accordance with the order of the head of the Department, performs his functional duties, collects reporting data received from the structural divisions of the Department and submits to the head of the Department summarized information on issues within the competence of the Department; prepares reporting data on legal issues and sends them to the Committee; maintains a time sheet; Obliged to comply with current legislation when performing assigned tasks, as well as observe labor and executive discipline, state and official secrets; performs other functions as instructed by management. Participates in comprehensive audits of district (city) state revenue departments. Provides practical assistance in studying and applying legislation in practical work. Makes proposals for improving tax, customs legislation and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Analyzes claims and litigation work of state revenue departments, court decisions, processes, review letters. Reviews appeals and prepares responses to taxpayers, law enforcement agencies and other government agencies and business entities. Explains tax and customs legislation, tax and customs policy of the state on issues of correct and uniform application on matters within the competence of the Department. Provides high-quality public services to the population, on matters within the competence of the Department.
