Ensuring, within the competence of the department, the completeness of tax receipts and other mandatory payments to the budget during tax control in terms of conducting tax audits, including using information systems; organizing and participating in tax audits of business entities on the correctness of calculation and timely payment of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, monitoring transfer control pricing; study of tax legislation, participation in cooperation with other government agencies and international law enforcement agencies on management issues; consideration of taxpayer appeals; study of materials and information related to legal entities and individuals for the identification and analysis of tax offenses, the use of tax evasion schemes; based on the results of analytical work, making proposals to eliminate the causes and conditions who contributed to the commission of tax offenses and the creation of tax evasion schemes.
