Carries out management management and is personally responsible for the performance of assigned tasks. Implementation of control over compliance with export control measures, including with respect to military products in accordance with international treaties adopted by the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as established by the customs legislation of the Customs Union and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan when goods are transported across the customs border of the Customs Union and customs declaration.
