Ensuring compliance with the rule of law in the activities of the State Revenue Department in the city of Semey and protecting its legal interests; monitoring compliance with legislative requirements of draft orders, instructions, regulations and other legal acts prepared at the institution; providing explanatory work to legal entities and individuals on tax obligations; participating in courts of first and second instance in civil cases, administrative, criminal cases arising from tax legal relations; preparation of legal opinions on the materials of disputes arising between the Semey City State Revenue Department and taxpayers; implementation of high-quality, reliable preparation and timely execution of established reports, assignments and instructions from a higher authority, the management of the Semey City State Revenue Department and other authorized government agencies; timely and high-quality consideration of appeals from legal entities and individuals; participation in mass explanatory work on issues within the competence of the department; implementation of high-quality record keeping with the introduction of the state language in the assigned area; implementation of other functions according to the job description.
