According to Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy", the basis for entering the applicant's notification into the register of notifications of persons entitled to carry out the administrator's activities is the applicant's submission to the authorized body of a notification of the beginning of the activity through the state information system permissions and notifications (www.elicense.kz ).
Attached to the notification is:
1) the decision of the Commission on passing the qualification exam by a person claiming the right to carry out the activities of an administrator – if the applicant is the person specified in subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of Article 12 of the Law.
The decision of the Commission on passing the qualification exam by a person claiming the right to carry out the activities of an administrator is valid for one year from the date of passing such an exam;
2) certificate of a professional accountant – if the applicant is a person specified in subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 12 of the Law.
