It is not allowed to send the following goods in international mail:
1) goods prohibited for shipment in accordance with the acts of the Universal Postal Union (Article 19 of the Universal Postal Convention);
2) goods not subject to shipment in international mail, the list of which is determined by the Commission (Appendix No. 1 to the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated April 21, 2015 No. 30 "On non-tariff regulation measures").
