1. Importation into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the Union) in accompanied and (or) unaccompanied baggage of goods for personal use (with the exception of vehicles for personal use and vehicle bodies for personal use) belonging to the head of the diplomatic mission, a member of the diplomatic and administrative–technical staff of the diplomatic mission of a member state of the Union, the head of the consular institution and other consular officer, consular officer of the consular institution of the state – a member of the Union, an employee of the representative office of a member State of the Union to an international organization located outside the customs territory of the Union (hereinafter, respectively, employees, a foreign institution), a member of his family living with an employee and imported with exemption from customs duties and taxes by an individual acting on behalf of and on behalf of such an employee or a member of his family.
In this case, the customs declaration of such goods, including those placed under the customs procedure of customs transit, is carried out by an individual importing goods for personal use belonging to an employee or a member of his family.
During the customs declaration , together with the passenger customs declaration, the following documents are submitted to the customs authority ::
a notarized inventory of goods for personal use, compiled by an employee or a member of his family;
нотари a notarized power of attorney for the importation and execution of customs operations related to the customs declaration of goods for personal use belonging to an employee or a member of his family;
a document confirming compliance with the conditions of importation with exemption from customs duties and taxes.
If an individual acting on behalf of and on behalf of an employee and a member of his family has his own goods for personal use subject to customs declaration, customs declaration of such goods is made by filling out a separate declaration by this person.
2. The importation into the customs territory of the Union of goods belonging to an employee for personal use (with the exception of vehicles for personal use and vehicle bodies for personal use) by the carrier to a family member of such an employee, if such importation cannot be carried out by the employee independently due to his death, serious illness or other objective reason.
In this case, the customs declaration of such goods is carried out by a family member of the employee to whom the goods belonging to the employee for personal use are imported.
During the customs declaration , together with the passenger customs declaration, the following documents are submitted to the customs authority ::
a document issued in accordance with the legislation of a member State of the Union certifying the status of an employee whose goods are imported for personal use and confirming the death, serious illness of an employee or other objective cause;
