CCM: requirements for receipts and digital exchange have changed
Key changes that entrepreneurs and cashiers need to consider:
Medical services. The receipt of a CCM with the function of recording and (or) transmitting data must now display the identification number of the recipient of medical services.
Receipt details. It has been clarified that the receipt shall indicate the name of the goods, work, or service according to the national catalog of goods, the identification code of the goods, and information on the means of identification of marked goods, as well as the quantity, unit of measurement, price, and total amount.
Receipt verification. For CCMs with data transmission, the receipt shall indicate the name of the OFD and the details of its internet resource, and a barcode with information about the receipt shall be generated.
CCM registration. Registration, change of registration data, and deregistration of CCMs with data transmission are carried out electronically through the OFD or the «digital government» portal.
The changes were introduced by Order No. 595 of the Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2026, and come into effect on September 19, 2026.
