The Department of State Revenues for the West Kazakhstan region informs.
By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 14, 2020 No. 662 in accordance with subparagraph 5 of Article 6 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 "On people's health and the health care system", the following cases of import of medicines and medical devices into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are defined as humanitarian assistance that have not passed state registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan:
- prevention and elimination of the consequences of natural and man-made emergencies in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan that pose a threat to the life and health of the population;
- the period of the introduction of the state of emergency;
- prevention and treatment of especially dangerous infectious and parasitic diseases;
