The Department of State Revenues for the Zhetisu region (including territorial divisions) provided 971,821 services in the first 7 months of 2025, of which 970,416 or 99.9% were provided electronically (including 4,751 services through the e-government web portal, 893 services through the State Revenue Department of the E-Licensing Department), 1,379 or 0.1% on paper, and 26 through the State Corporation.
In July 2025, the Department provided 150,981 services, of which 150,832 or 99.9% were provided electronically (including 752 services through the e-government web portal, 121 services through the e-licensing State Database), 148 or 0.1% on paper, and 1 through the State Corporation.
During the reporting period (July 2025), the following services were recognized as in demand in electronic form:
- "Reception of tax reports" - 30,885 or 20.5%;
- "Reception of transit declaration" - 91,928 or 60.9%.
The number of motivated refusals to provide public services is 1945, of which 1944 were in electronic form and 1 in paper form. No violations of service deadlines were found in the provision of public services during the reporting period.
In July 2025, 957 explanatory events were held, including articles, publications in the media, social networks, live broadcasts, radio announcements, television appearances, etc.
