As part of the continuation of work on the phased implementation of the customs information system “Keden” State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan will put into operation the functionality of providing preliminary information of goods intended for importation into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union by road transport.
Since February, 2025, the provision and processing of preliminary information at road checkpoints will be carried out in IS “Keden”.
Preliminary information is used by customs authorities to speed up customs operations and optimize customs control.
In turn, the advance submission of preliminary information will reduce the time required for customs operations and integrated control of related services when goods and vehicles arrive in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Instructions on the procedure for completing and registering preliminary information when moving goods by road in the system are available on the main page of the portal at https://keden.kgd.gov.kz.
