The Department of State Revenue in the Zhetisu region informs you that the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan has implemented the service of issuing electronic foreign permit forms (KAT) on the website elicense.kz.
To receive electronic foreign permit forms, you need to apply according to the attached instructions. In future, permit forms (CAT) will be issued only on elicense.kz website in electronic form.
When passing through transport control at customs checkpoints, you need to present the form of electronic permit form.

Transport - Issuance of permission to travel through the territory of a foreign country to carriers of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan - Application for issuance of PRC “C” or PRC “D” forms (to be issued within a year at the request of the Applicant)
