By the Department of State Revenue in the Zhetisu region (taking into account territorial divisions) for the six months of 2024, the total number of services provided was 848,407, of which 810,035 or 95.5% were provided electronically (in addition, in the region they were provided via the web portal "electronic government" - 3424, GDB "E-licensing" - 578 services), on paper media - 38,306 or 4.5%, as well as through the State Corporation - 66.
In June 2024, the total number of services provided was 121,159, of which 114,023 or 94.1% were provided electronically (including through the “electronic government” web portal - 229, the E-Licensing database - 114 services), on paper - 7,132 or 5.9%, as well as through the State Corporation - 4.
Of the 7,132 services provided in paper form, the largest number of services were provided under the government service “Registration of the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of the duties of a legal entity operating in the field of customs and (or) an authorized economic operator” amounts to 7,034 services or 98.6% of the total number of paper services.
Due to the lack of automation of services in the “Single Window for Export-Import Transactions” information system and the monthly growth in the provision of services, the target indicator of electronic services (at least 99%) is not achieved.
During the reporting period (June 2024), the following services were recognized as in demand in electronic form:
- “Acceptance of tax reporting” - 18,278 or 15.1%;
- “Acceptance of transit declaration” - 82,233 or 67.9%
The number of motivated refusals to provide public services in electronic form was 185.
In the provision of public services during the reporting period, no violations of the terms of service provision were established.
In June 2024, 1,622 explanatory events were held, including articles, publications in the media, social networks, live broadcasts, radio announcements, television appearances, and more.
Territorial departmental departments conduct technical training on an ongoing basis in order to improve the qualifications of workers providing public services.
