In January 2024, the Department of State Revenue in the Zhetisu region (including territorial divisions) totaled 137 880 services, of which 131 456 or 95% were provided electronically (including through the “electronic government” web portal - 196, SDB “E-Licensing” - 114 services), on paper – 6 397 or 5%, as well as through the State Corporation - 27.
Of the 6 397 services provided in paper form, the largest number of services were provided under the state service “Registration of the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of the duties of a legal entity operating in the field of customs, and (or) authorized economic operator" is 6 307 services or 99% of the total number of paper services. Of the total number of services provided in January, this service is 5%.
For the above service, the largest number is provided by the Nur Zholy customs post; in January, 6 209 services were provided.
Due to the lack of automation of services in the “Single Window for Export-Import Transactions” information system and the monthly growth in the provision of services, the target indicator of electronic services (at least 99%) is not achieved.
During the reporting period (January 2024), the following services were recognized as in demand in electronic form:
- “Acceptance of tax reporting” – 50 331 or 37%;
- “Acceptance of transit declaration” – 60 568 or 44%
The number of motivated refusals to provide public services in electronic form was 230.
In the provision of public services during the reporting period, no violations of the terms of service provision were established.
In January 2024, 1 043 explanatory events were held, including articles, publications in the media, social networks, live broadcasts, radio announcements, television appearances, and more.
Territorial departmental departments conduct technical training on an ongoing basis in order to improve the qualifications of workers providing public services.
