For the four months of 2023, the Department of State Revenue in the Zhetisu region (taking into account territorial divisions) totaled 559 599 services, of which 540 746 or 96.6% were provided electronically (in addition, in the region they were provided via the web portal "electronic government" - 8548, GDB "E-licensing" - 529 services), on paper – 18 847 or 3.4%, as well as through the State Corporation - 6.
At the same time, in April 2023, the total number of services provided was 107 470, of which 100 380 or 93.4% were provided electronically (in addition, 566 were provided in the region through the “electronic government” web portal, GBD “E-licensing” - 147 services), on paper - 7089 or 6.6%, as well as through the State Corporation - 1.
Of the 7 089 services provided in paper form, the largest number of services were provided under the state service “Registration of the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of the duties of a legal entity operating in the field of customs, and (or ) authorized economic operator" is 7011 services or 98.9% of the total number of paper services.
Of the total number of services provided for the month of April, this service is 6,5%, which leads to failure to achieve the target indicator for services in electronic form.
At the same time, the Nur Zholy customs post alone provided 6 003 services for the above service in April.
As part of the instructions of Prime Minister A. Smailov, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the NCE Atameken and other government agencies, took measures to increase export-import operations at the Nur Zholy checkpoint, resulting in the passage of cargo from China to Kazakhstan increased by 40%.
The opening hours of the Nur Zholy checkpoint, where visa support is provided to carriers and drivers of Kazakhstan, have been increased.
Of the 6 customs posts of the Department, 4 posts provide the public service “Registration of the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of the duties of a legal entity operating in the field of customs, and (or) an authorized economic operator”, while monthly growth in services provided is observed.
Due to the lack of automation of this service in the “Single Window for Export-Import Operations” information system, the receipt of documents and the issuance of the result of the provision of public services at posts is carried out through the office. Due to the provision of services in paper form, the target of 100% electronic services is not achieved.
For the reporting period (April 2023), the following tax service was recognized as in demand:
- “Acceptance of tax reporting” 18,866 or 17.6%;
