The SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has implemented the functionality that allows you to submit a tax application "Registration as a taxpayer" in particular by non – resident legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the tax application) through the official Internet resource www.kgd.gov.kz (hereinafter referred to as the Internet resource).
The application for registration of a non-resident is filled in in the user's personal account. Scanned documents confirming information about a non-resident are attached to the application, and the attached document formats are pdf, jpeg, jpg, and png.
To submit a tax application, the taxpayer must register on the Internet resource, at the link https://kgd.gov.kz/ru/nonresident/register and select the menu item "Log of applications for registration of a non-resident".
The journal contains information about the submitted applications and their statuses. For positively processed applications, it is possible to download a non-resident certificate issued by the authorized body.
The menu item contains links to the following reasons for submitting the application:
- Registration as a taxpayer;
- Modification and addition of registration data without issuing a certificate;
- Change and addition of registration data with the issuance of a certificate.
To fill out the application, click the "Submit application" button located in the Journal. The screen will display the application form for registration of a non-resident to fill out. Due to the fact that the application form contains a large number of fields to fill in, you must use the vertical scroll bar located on the right in the browser.
