"On the suspension of the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings"

      Paragraph 84-6 of the Comprehensive Plan for Restoring Economic Growth by the End of 2021, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2021 No. 250, provides for the suspension of the initiation of bankruptcy cases of legal entities  and individual entrepreneurs at the request of government agency and subjects of the quasi-public sector.

     In pursuance of this clause of the Comprehensive Plan, by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 23, 2021 No. 265 "On the suspension of the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings", until July 1, 2021, the filing of applications for bankruptcy of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, which came into force on March 4, 2021.

     We also inform you, that the filing of applications for declaring legal entities and individual entrepreneurs bankrupt by debtors and other creditors are not suspended.
