ADALDYQ ALANY
The basis for the implementation of the Project is the Address of the Head of State "Increasing the well-being of Kazakhstanis: increasing income and quality of life" dated October 5, 2018.
The mission of the Project "Karzhy ministerligi-ADALDYK ALANY" is to reduce the level of corruption, form a general rejection of corruption, increase the confidence of citizens in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its structural divisions, departments.
The project carries out its anti-corruption activities in the following areas:
- Elimination of corruption and creation of comfortable conditions for citizens;
- Implementation of public control;
- Formation of an anti-corruption culture.
The following areas are distinguished by these areas::
- Elimination of corruption and creation of comfortable conditions
- taxation;
- customs control;
- public procurement;
- state audit;
- economic investigation service.
- Internal audit on the subject of corruption
- analysis of existing NPA;
- analysis of internal and external business processes;
- optimization of staffing levels.
- Formation of an anti-corruption culture
- anti-corruption education of employees;
- information work with service recipients;
- a healthy moral and psychological climate in the teams.
The evaluation of the effectiveness of the Project is based on the results of a sociological study to determine the level of anti-corruption culture and intolerance to corruption, which characterizes public opinion about the state of corruption in the context of regions.
